After numerous years of in-flight and foodservice management positions with Northwest Airlines and Caterair, joined the Company in 1996. Educated at University of Washington, majoring in Economics.

Joined the Company in 1997, with a background including in-flight positions with SAS, Hawaiian Air and Transtar, as well as sales positions in the foodservice industry. Educated at Long Beach State University.

Joined the company in 2003 after 12 years at American Airlines, most recently leading the Duty Free Inflight Sale group. Educated at the Pennsylvania State University with a graduate degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
